The Stable, originally horse stables and coach house, was the first conversion, being completed in 1994.

Completely on ground level, with only two steps and parking close to main entrance, it is suitable for the elderly, partially disabled or young families.

Accommodation is in one double room with en-suite shower and one twin bedded room with adjoining bathroom.

The large kitchen/living room leads onto an enclosed patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with extensive range of units, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, etc. Heating by night storage heaters.
